Deutsche Bank analyst Derek Johnston upgraded Retail Properties of America to Buy with an unchanged price target of $15. "Clear signs" of a retail recovery has fueled the rally in strip real estate investment trusts in recent weeks, Johnston tells investors in a research note. He believes that high-quality locations will remain in demand as the retail tenants continue a flight to higher-quality centers.
