Stephens analyst John Campbell attributes the 7% pullback in RealPage shares since the beginning of this month to concerns about the effects of Hurricane Irma and Harvey on the company's insurance business, but he believes the impact is likely less than most fear. Even assuming a spike in claims and a negative ripple effect on the company's contingent commissions, he believes this will be both relatively modest and one-time in nature. Campbell keeps an Overweight rating and $47 price target on RealPage shares.
