KeyBanc analyst Monika Garg maintained an Overweight rating on RealPage following management meetings with CFO Bryan Hill and VP of Investor Relations Rhett Butler. In a research note to investors, Garg says she came away from the meetings with increased confidence in the company's near-term execution and long-term opportunities and that strong bookings growth is leading to confidence that organic growth could accelerate in the second half of the year. Garg, who reiterated that softening real estate could be counter-cyclical to RealPage's business, raised her price target to $72 and says that longer term, she sees about 35% upside to her bull case of $84.
