Buckingham analyst Christopher Jones initiated Red Rock Resorts with a Buy and a $27 price target saying the acquisition of the Palms adding $30M-$40M in EBITDA near-term and up to $70M, post CAPEX investment. Further, Las Vegas Locals EBITDA is 27% off peak while there is a positive economic backdrop in the local Las Vegas economy, the analyst wrote.
