As previously reported, Longbow downgraded Rofin-Sinar to Neutral from Buy. Analyst Joe Wittine lowered his rating citing on the combination of the distracting proxy fight, uncertain macro environment and "competitive race" to second place in high power fiber lasers behind IPG (IPGP).
