Raymond James analyst Brian Vaccaro Ruth's Hospitality to Outperform and $27 price target and Q4 earnings estimate to 43c from 41c, above consensus of 38c, to reflect higher comp assumptions. Vaccaro is optimistic the high end steakhouse category can sustain into 2018 as strong business sentiment and corporate tax cuts bode well for T&E budgets.
