H.C. Wainwright analyst Amit Dayal believes the buyout proposal from Revolution Lighting Technologies Chairman and CEO Robert LaPenta has "introduced a lot of uncertainty into the story." The analyst now sees uncertainty relating to the company's financing options for working capital needs as well as the timeline of the progress of the buyout offer. Revolution's business plan is likely to be adversely affected, Dayal tells investors in a research note. The analyst placed his Buy rating on the shares "Under Review."
