SunTrust analyst Stephanie Benjamin lowered her price target on Ryder to $60 after its disappointing Q3 results and the revision of its vehicle residual value estimates. The analyst still keeps her Buy rating on the stock however, stating that the revision has also "de-risked" estimates while removing the "key overhang" on the shares. Benjamin also notes that her price target assumed a 4.5-times forward EBITDA multiple, which is toward the low end of Ryder's 4- to 6-times historical valuation range.
