Buckingham analyst Eric Larson initiated Sanderson Farms with a Neutral and $122 saying he is more cautious on 2019-20 fundamentals due to potential substantial industry capacity expansion and limited benefits from feed costs. Larson views valuation as fair near-term and sees risk/reward balance as skewed to the downside given earnings sensitivity to an unfavorable turn in the ag cycle.
