JPMorgan analyst Ken Goldman lowered his price target for Sanderson Farms to $110 following yesterday's earnings call and keeps an Underweight rating on the name. The analyst views the company's goal of fiscal 2018 EBIT margin over 12% as unrealistic. Goldman's not convinced that recent weather-driven supply dislocations fully explain weak breast prices. He notes that prices have been soft since last August. The analyst keeps an Underweight rating on Sanderson Farms.
