Citi analyst Jonathan Raviv says he saw "nothing earth-shattering" in SAIC's sales miss, as it came down to 100-200 basis points "here or there." The analyst would not be surprised to see "some modest stock recovery" as investors are attracted by a greater than 7% free cash flow yield. Raviv lowered his price target for SAIC shares to $83 from $86 and keeps a Neutral rating on the name. He remains concerned with this year's AMCOM re-compete.
