Citi analyst Jim Suva downgraded Sanmina (SANM) to Sell saying consensus estimates are "materially too high" given the pronounced slowdown in component demand for automobiles, industrial, and oil and gas exploration. Suva cut his price target for shares to $19 from $23. The analyst also downgraded Vishay (VSH) to Sell citing a similar rationale.
