Oppenheimer analyst Brian Bittner notes that Starbucks' domestic comps are now trending below management's original targets of "somewhat above mid-singles," due to the "harsh" industry slowdown. Starbucks held deal talks with the Workers United union over a two-day session in Atlanta, with plans to meet once more late next month, Reuters' Savyata Mishra reports.
