As previously reported, BofA/Merrill downgraded Charles Schwab to Neutral from Buy with a $33 price target on shares. Analyst Michael Carrier sees a more muted backdrop given how late we are in the cycle and downgraded Schwab given a full valuation, a rising cost outlook, and more muted rate and market expectations.
