Loop Capital analyst Alan Gould reiterates a Buy rating on comScore with a price target of $32 after the company hired Sarah Hofstetter as President. Hofstetter's relationships and reputation in the advertising industry should significantly help the company achieve and accelerate its goals of driving buy-side adoption for transacting on comScore as a currency, Gould tells investors in a research note. The analyst points out comScore's first cross-platform product, Campaign Ratings, is scheduled to be released in beta this month, with a launch in Q4. He anticipates revenue beginning in 2019.
