RBC Capital analyst Elvira Scotto believes that SemGroup's acquisition of HFOTCO will improve its "strategic positioning" over the longer term. The analyst says that the company's debt load is "manageable," while the recent decline in the stock price has created a good entry point for longer term investors. Scotto keeps an Outperform rating on the stock.
