The firm believes the recent share pullback and recently removed private equity ownership removes an overhang and provides an attractive entry point. Additionally, Morgan Stanley said consensus estimates are too low and do not appreciate Sprouts' earnings growth and expense leverage. Shares are Overweight rated wit a $40.
