BofA/Merrill analyst Robert Ohmes said Sprouts Farmers Markets delayed Q2 store openings, likely due to weather, has created a particularly good buying opportunity. Ohmes now expects 12 store openings in Q2, versus 13 previously, as a store opening in Texas has been pushed out a quarter. The analyst expects results could be pressured in Q2 given the tough comps but said Sprouts continues to see momentum in its business and sees no sign of a consumer slowdown. Ohmes views Sprouts' current valuation as especially attractive and reiterates his Buy rating and $33 price target on shares.
