After Steve Madden reported roughly in-line Q4 results but provided lower than expected fiscal 2016 EPS guidance, Piper Jaffray nonetheless still believes that the company's wholesale footwear business is poised to improve this year. The firm thinks the company is well-positioned to follow fashion trends, and it keeps a $38 price target and Overweight rating on the shares.
