Northcoast analyst Jeff Stein latest jewelry survey indicates continued weakness in mall traffic and increased promotional activity. As a result, the analyst lowered Signet Jewelers' FY18 earnings estimate to $7.60 from $7.80 and its Q1 comp estimate to down 3.6% from down 2.4%. Stein has a Neutral rating on Signet shares.
