BofA/Merrill analyst Lorraine Hutchinson said Signet Jewelers is currently in a challenging sales period, but believes positive Mother's Day period comp suggests the beginning of comp stabilization. The analyst thinks Signet's long-term market share opportunity is "compelling" and said if earnings can rebound by 8% to $8 and the multiple moves in line with peers, shares can almost double. Hutchinson rates Signet a Buy with a $75 price target.
