Nomura Instinet analyst Simeon Siegel lowered his price target for Signet Jewelers to $45 citing "another disappointing" earnings report. While the shares are "cheap," onus is on management to perform and lift the stock, Siegel tells investors in a post-earnings research note. He keeps a Buy rating on the shares.
