Needham analyst Alex Henderson lowered his price target on Silicom to $50 to reflect the impact and the selloff in the stock price from one of the company's major cloud customers pulling out of deploying its technology. Henderson contends that the decision is driven by the customer's problem in implementing the solution rather than the product's intrinsic value. The analyst keeps his Buy rating on Silicom, adding that the stock price reaction "looks overdone".
