Goldman Sachs analyst Andrew Rosivach upgraded Tanger Factory to Buy saying the company, as a pure-play outlet REIT, will post better than peer FFO growth in 2016 amid low gas prices and high retailer inventories. The analyst keeps a $39 price target for shares.
