Cowen analyst John Kernan initiated Skechers with a Market Perform and $33 price target on shares. Kernan said sell-side earnings expectations for 36% growth in 2016 and an additional 19% in 2017, are not conservative given inventory trends and SG&A leverage.
UBS raised the firm's price target on Skechers to $88 from $81 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. UBS expects strong EPS growth and upward earnings revisions to drive the stock higher over the near-term.
