As previously reported, SunTrust analyst Rohit Seth upgraded Skyline to Buy but lowered his price target to $22 from $30. The analyst attributes the rating to change to valuation, saying the multiple on the stock has been cut in half since September because of a confluence of factors, but he expects these drivers to fade after next week's earnings. Seth sees the company as "one of the most attractive growth stories at a reasonable price in the building product universe" with leverage to "early-cycle industry with an emerging structural driver that could double earnings in 5 years".
