Piper Jaffray analyst John Daniel upgraded U.S. Silica Holdings to Overweight citing a more positive macro outlook regarding the rebalancing of oil supply/demand as well as the company's strong balance sheet. Daniel raised his price target for the shares to $25 from $18.
