Evercore ISI analyst Steve Sakwa upgraded SL Green Realty to Buy and raised his price target to $119 from $116. The analyst said Q1 office leasing in New York City is off to a good start and the company is working on a number of asset sales that should be brought to market in the next few months that will lower leverage. Additionally, the company is working on sourcing a construction loan for its One Vanderbilt development and a joint venture partner, which should remove an overhang once resolved.
