As previously reported, BofA/Merrill downgraded Snap-On to Neutral from Buy and lowered its price target to $168. Analyst Curtis Nagle expects the pace of performance for the commercial and industry segments to continue to decelerate due to tepid global industrial trends and is less optimistic the company will see upside from better tool revenues.
