Citigroup downgraded SanDisk yesterday morning to Neutral following the company's Q1 results citing the "multitude" of negative market trends and execution issues on the enterprise business. It believes SanDisk's problems will take longer to resolve than previously anticipated and cut its price target for shares to $70 from $78.
