Macquarie analyst Matthew Brooks downgraded Intrawest Resorts to Neutral and lowered his price target to $11 from $13 on shares. Q2 results showed a larger drop in visits than expected and with unseasonably warm weather for the balance of February, the analyst see no clear catalysts to drive shares higher.
