Needham analyst Richard Valera raised his price target on Synopsys to $105 and kept his Buy rating after its upside Q3 report and another FY18 guidance raise. The analyst expects the stock to continue to outperform in light of the "robust" macro backdrop, along with the "ongoing strength in IP and hardware, and growing scale in its fast-growing Software Integrity business". Valera also raises his FY18 EPS view on Synopsys to $3.91 from $3.80 and FY19 to $4.15 from $4.05.
