Goldman analyst Piyush Mubayi downgraded Sohu.com (SOHU) to Sell and lowered its price target to $48 from $49 on shares. Mubayi said the company has missed both revenue and earnings guidance for two consecutive quarters, mainly due to continue losses at Changyou (CYOU). Additionally, the analyst said portal ad segment is being negatively impacted by the macro slowdown and intense competition in the video business.
