Cowen analyst Jonathan Hunter initiated Solaris Oilfield with an Outperform and $20 price target. Hunter believes margin compression and moderating near-term system growth is reflected in valuation. He also said checks with E&Ps indicate Solaris has a superior offering, which could limit some of the margin compression in his forecasts.
