Janney Capital analyst Michael Gyure assumed coverage of Suburban Propane with a Neutral rating and $30 fair value estimate, down from the firm's prior Buy rating and $33 fair value estimate. Gyure believes Suburban's unique infrastructure assets generate the most significant earnings and cash flow during the winter season and rates the units as a Neutral as we enter the seasonally lower fiscal second half. If there is not a significantly colder winter than last year, he believes Suburban will have to sell non-core assets or significantly reduce its cost structure.
