BB&T analyst Anthony Chukumba downgraded Staples (SPLS) to Hold due to the Federal Trade Commission's decision to challenge the Office Depot (ODP) merger. Chukumba believes the decision does not make sense and Staples has a decent court case, but recommends moving to the sidelines for now.
