Piper Jaffray analyst John Daniel upgraded Superior Energy (SPN) to Overweight citing a more positive macro outlook regarding the rebalancing of oil supply/demand as well as the company's "better-than-peer" balance sheet. Daniel raised his price target for the shares to $15 from $8. The analyst this morning also upgraded Oil States (OIS) and U.S. Silica (SLCA) to Overweight.
