BofA/Merrill analyst Ronald Epstein downgraded Spirit AeroSystems to Underperform and increased its price target to $55 from $50 due to downside risk to Boeing/Airbus production rates. The analyst raised estimates to reflect higher margins saying but said they are reflected in valuation and sees downside risk to Boeing's 737 program, Spirit's largest revenue generator.
