BofA/Merrill analyst Ronald Epstein upgraded Spirit AeroSystems to Buy from Neutral and raised its price to $105 from $100 on better than expected 737 performance. Epstein said Spirit navigated operational issues better than expected and made up all delivery delays that have occurred in 2018 and expects the ramp in 737 production to be smoother going forward. The analyst expects margins to normalize in 2019 as production increases driving earnings and cash flow.
