Noble Energy (NBL) upgraded to Buy from Neutral at Seaport Global with analysts led by Mike Kelly saying shares offer strong growth and cheap valuation versus peers with meaningful capital efficiency improvements in the DJ Basin that will improve IRRs to over 80%.
