After Stage Stores reported lower than expected EPS, SunTrust thinks that weather was the primary cause of the miss. The firm remains upbeat on the company's longer term outlook although it thinks that the company's near-term challenges will persist. SunTrust cut its price target on the name to $9 from $10 but it thinks the stock has "reached a compelling entry point for value investors."
