JPMorgan analyst Sterling Auty views SS&C's acquisition of the Citi fund administration business for $425M as "another material positive" for the company. Auty expects the deal to be "significantly" accretive over a three-year period. He thinks the will help SS&C shares move higher and keeps an Overweight rating on the name.
