JPMorgan analyst Noah Parquette upgraded Seaspan to Neutral saying the company's high charter coverage insulates it "somewhat" from a weak container shipping market. The analyst views the valuation as more "reasonable" following the dividend cut and lowered his price target for the shares to $8 from $10.
