Wells Fargo analyst Matthew Burnell downgraded SunTrust to Market Perform saying the stock will not outperform in a rising interest rate environment given the bank's "below-peer level of asset sensitivity." The analyst raised his price target range for the shares to $52-$54 from $49-$51.
