As previously reported, Morgan Stanley upgraded SunTrust to Equal Weight from Underweight with a $63 price target. Analyst Betsy Graseck expects operating leverage to be driven by consumer digitization, wholesale investments returns, and reduced branches. The analyst views risk/reward as balanced and increased FY18 estimates to reflect faster operating leverage.
