BMO Capital analyst Jeffrey Silber raised his price target on Strategic Education to $162 and kept his Outperform rating after its better than expected Q4 results driven by both the top line and margins. The analyst notes that the new enrollment growth at both Strayer and Capella University were "among the strongest seen this quarter" thanks to the "supportive macroeconomic conditions, competitive pricing/corporate relationships, and demand for innovative programs". Silber further contends that Strategic Education is "one of the strongest quality growth stories in the sector" with added upside coming from its roll-out of new Strayer campuses as well as new Capella Learning Centers this year.
