Jefferies analyst Ken Usdin downgraded State Street (STT) to Hold saying the bank's cost control story could be overshadowed by slower core fee growth and less postelection benefits than peers. The analyst lowered his price target for the shares to $87. Usdin coupled the downgrade with an upgrade of Northern Trust (NTRS) to Buy.
