FBR Capital analyst Jessica Levi-Ribner added Starwood Property Trust to her firm's Alpha Generator list and raised her price target for the shares to $24 from $22. The analyst expects the company to emerge as the "clear winner" in the commercial REIT space over the next few months. She keeps an Outperform rating on the shares.
