JPMorgan analyst Paul Coster thinks the SunEdison (SUNE) debate currently centers on whether the company can execute the DevCo cash margin business and whether the company can restructure the Vivint Solar (VSLR) deal. Coster believes the third-party market for solar and wind projects is deep and liquid and that SunEdison will be able to tap this market to execute the DevCo business model. He also believes the company has the needed leverage to negotiate a restructuring of the Vivint acquisition and maintains an Outperform rating on SunEdison shares.
