Avondale upgraded SunEdison to Outperform from Market Perform following the "massive" capital raise that provides the company with liquidity to finance its growth in 2016. The firm said management has made significant progress restructuring the balance sheet and SunEdison's distressed valuation does not reflect the value of the underlying assets. Avondale raised its price target on SunEdison shares to $7 from $6.
